The weather was nearly perfect as we celebrated a great Labor Day and our annual North Salem Old Fashion Days Bike Tour. This event is sponsored by Gear Up Cyclery in Plainfield.  This great casual ride featured an 11-mile, 33-mile and a 46-mile route option.  This festival, which ran all weekend long, has been running for almost 50 years and is a great showcase for the quaint town of North Salem in northwest Hendricks County.

Proceeds from this event help us develop more miles of the B&O Trail.  We are just weeks away from starting long-awaited construction in Marion County to connect the Hendricks County section to the Speedway section.  Your support is always appreciated.
